Joe Dolan died in 2007 aged 69. Joe had several international hits in the 1960s. He would have one of his songs become a hit for Showaddywaddy in 1974 with Sweet Rock N Roller, which he wrote.Joe had a massive hit called Lady Blue later, but it never charted in the UK or Ireland.

This group came from Atlanta and were formed in 1960.Probably best known for Hey Girl Dont other Me in 1968 which was released again in the UK in 1971. But this 1970 hit feature the brothers Charles and Joesph Pope. Joseph died in 1996. This single was not an original as it actualy was a hit before by a group called The Sensational Epics, but the Tams is best known in the UK and the name Tams comes from a style of hat.

Cliff Richard with his Shadows member Hank Marvin with an almost forgotten single from 1970. Cliff performed tgis on his Bank Holiday Special in 1970 as the opening titles to the show. Hank was the amazing guitar man who was born in 1941 and was part of the Shadows for decades, he was born as Brian Robson Hankin and was famous for playing the Fender Stratocastor.

Born in 1915 and dead in 1998 as Edna May Squires in Wales, she became a very famous Dorothy with hits like I'm In The Mood For Love and Anytime. She was once married to Bond star Roger Moore. Later in the 1970s she would have over two dozen court cases, of which one was against the News Of The World which she won.
